By default, only email sent from the account-owner email address will deliver to the distribution lists in that account. Any attempts to email those distributions from another address will fail to deliver. However, the account owner can have other email addresses provisioned to send to his/her lists on a per-distribution basis.
Sharing Your List With Other Senders
Send requests to add senders to our Help Desk at email@example.com
When submitting a request, indicate
- the full name and email address of the sender.
- the list(s) you wish to add them to.
- whether the new sender should appear as the OWNER (email they send will still appear to the lists' subscribers to be coming from you, with your name/address indicated in the "From" field), or the SENDER (the sender will appear in the "From" field, as it normally would).
PLEASE NOTE: Senders can only be added on a per-list basis. They are NOT automatically added to any new lists you create. Whenever you create a new distribution list and need to share it with additional senders, you will need to send a new request for that list.
