Everything you'll want to know about a contact's engagement can be found within their Contact Insight page. This page also serves as a great jumping off point to manage the contact's subscriptions, their contact details or even just to send them a tracked email.
Here we highlight recent clicks and forwards done by this contact, which are great indicators of interest. You can also see how this contact is engaging with their different subscriptions.
To dive deeper into the Engagement Summary widget, hover over the shifts to see the changes in the date range selected.
You can filter by specific behaviour or use the search bar to find a particular article. Any of the columns can be sort by just clicking on the headers to make it a bit easier to search for specific behaviour.
You may notice the icon in the Opened column. This means that the recipient opened the email more than once, which is a great indicator of a strong interest in the email.
View all link clicks the recipient has made not only from your links but also anyone else in your firm who may be sending content to this person, giving you further insight into where their interests may be.
This page shows an aggregate view of all the companies who received email via forwarding from this recipient.
If we believe our that two companies are related, but have a different name or email domain, we'll group them together - you can see an example below with KKR Group of Companies. Just hover over the firm name which has been indicated to have more than one company name to see which are included.
Here is another way we've sliced up forward data for you. We count up the number of companies who opened a forwarded email and the total number of opens that occurred by each email you sent to this recipient.
