The Insights Dashboard is the best place to get a high-level view of what your subscribers are engaging in, seeing shifts in readership and highlighting rare and revenue-driving behaviour. Below is a quick summary of what each widget displays.

Scroll back to see engagement on emails you sent within the last 30 days. Corresponding real-time data for Open Rate (OR), Click Rate (CR) and Forwarded Opens (FWD) are indicated, along with any instances of Rare Activity (RA). Clicking a email in this widget will take you to its Email Insights page, where you can view all of this data in more detail.
You can view up-to-date readership by clicking the Refresh button at the top of the widget (to the right of the header). Any email with updated data will be highlighted with a blue dot to the left.
If you sent a single email to multiple lists, it will indicate this just under the subject of your email. Hit the View All button to see historical content.
This widget will highlight your top forwarding contacts, showing how many emails of yours they have recorded forwarded opens on and the total number of those opens.
The selected period will be compared to the previous block of time in which recipients received a minimum of 5 emails in both periods. So, if you have the past 30 days chosen as your date range, it will compare the past 30 day's engagement with the 30 days before that. A subscriber must have received at least five emails in each period to be shown in this widget
You can also hover over the subscriber's name to see more information regarding their engagement.
This widget will highlight any outlier or rare activity from your recipients. Any of these actions can be a great indicator of interest in a topic, so keep your eye on this widget throughout the day to stay on top of what your recipients are engaging in.
Not only does this widget display your most popular links, but it also shows which links have been the most popular from everyone at your firm.
Click next to the URL to see who has clicked those links and view their clicking trends and behaviour. You can even send a Tracked Email from here to follow up with subscribers who may be interested in a topic found in a link.
Check out the firm-wide links to make sure you're keeping your clients up to date with the most popular research and links your team is producing. It's also a great indicator as to what's trending from your firm so you can have more focused, targeted conversations with your clients.
