The Insights Dashboard is the best place to get a high-level view of what your subscribers are engaging in, seeing shifts in readership and highlighting rare and revenue-driving behaviour. Below is a quick summary of what each widget displays.
Scroll back to see engagement on emails you sent within the last 30 days. Corresponding real-time data for Open Rate (OR), Click Rate (CR) and Forwarded Opens (FWD) are indicated, along with any instances of Rare Activity (RA). Clicking a email in this widget will take you to its Email Insights page, where you can view all of this data in more detail.
You can view up-to-date readership by clicking the Refresh button at the top of the widget (to the right of the header). Any email with updated data will be highlighted with a blue dot to the left.
If you sent a single email to multiple lists, it will indicate this just under the subject of your email. Hit the View All button to see historical content.
Here will highlight your top forwarding contacts, showing how many emails of yours they have recorded forwarded opens on and the total number of those opens.
The selected time period will be compared to the previous block of time in which recipients received a minimum of 5 emails in both time periods. So, if you have the past 30 days chosen as your date range, it will compare the past 30 day's engagement with the 30 days prior to that. A subscriber must have received at least five emails in each time period to be shown in this widget
You can also hover over the subscriber's name to see more information regarding their engagement.
Here we highlight any outlier or rare activity from your recipients to make sure. Any of these actions can be a great indicator of interest on a topic, so keep your eye on this widget throughout the day to stay on top of what your recipients are engaging in.
Clicking on any of the following events within this feed will take you to its corresponding tab of the Contact Insights page:
- Link Click or "rare" Click
- rare or old Open
