Impersonations Q&A
How do I use mail merge tags when impersonating?
When a sender impersonates an author, the sender controls the mail merge tags.
If a contact has unsubscribed from my content will they get emails if I send as someone else?
Suppressions are based on the outbound account (i.e. the author). If a contact has unsubscribed from your emails (the sender) but not from your colleague (the author) they will receive an email.
Why did my email fail to send - with this message "Email Delivery Issue - List Not Found"?
When using the "Sending as" feature in the Street Context portal, the email needs to originate from your mail client account.
