Contact Unsubscribe Insights
You can now see why contacts have unsubscribed from your content on an account level or the emails you send. These enhancements enable you to understand unsubscribe trends:
Weekly Notification Email
In the past, you received individual email notifications for each contact that unsubscribed. To streamline this process, we are replacing these notifications with a weekly summary email. This summary will highlight important trends, including:
- The accounts and emails with the highest number of unsubscribes.
- The top reasons contacts have chosen to unsubscribe.
This new approach allows you to track unsubscribe trends over time more effectively.
In-App Insights
In addition to the weekly summaries, we are bringing unsubscribe insights directly into the app portal! You can now access these insights while exploring the Accounts tab for detailed account statistics or the Emails tab as you review overall email performance. These insights will show you who has unsubscribed from your content and the reasoning behind it.
