Sometimes your emails can look weird when your contacts receive them. A great way to prevent this is just by changing a setting in your Outlook.
Here are a few quick steps to make sure your Outlook is sending with Unicode (UTF-8).
First, click File in the top menu bar, then Options.
In the Outlook Options window, click the Advanced heading on the left-side.
Scroll down to the International Options heading near the bottom. Place a check in the box labelled "Automatically select encoding for outgoing messages" and click "Unicode (UTF-8)" on the drop-down menu.
Place a check in the box labelled "Automatically select encoding for outgoing vCards" and click "Unicode (UTF-8)" on the drop-down menu.
Place a check in the box labelled "Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol" and click OK.
