Setting Default Format To HTML In Outlook

Sometimes the formatting of your emails can look at little funny when sending through Outlook. Here are some steps to follow to make sure that your formatting stays consistent when your contacts read your emails. 

To ensure that HTML is set up as the default format for your outgoing messages in your Outlook, follow these steps below:

Click on File > Options

Under Options, select Mail

Under Compose Messages, verify that HTML is selected in the drop-down where it says "Compose messages in this format"
