Clicking Emails in the top header bar will display every email you've sent in descending order (you can change to ascending by clicking the Published column header), along with their corresponding readership data. You can filter the results further (by Author or Email Subject) with entering appropriate keywords in the search window.
Clicking into an email on this page will take you to its corresponding Email Insights page. You can also export a csv file of this data by clicking the Export button in the top-right corner.
When you first click into the Emails tab, the default view is set to All Content - all email you're entitled to see. You can filter the view to just your own emails by selecting My Content in the middle drop-down at the top of the table. If you are a Manager, you can also select a specific team to view email readership data for from that same drop-down.
NOTE: To access team data, your account must be set up accordingly. To activate, please contact your Account Executive.
The Instant Insights bar on the right-hand side of the page provides additional, aggregate insights to help you strategize and prioritize client follow-up. Click here for more details.
Flagging Stats
If any of the readership data displayed on your Emails or Contacts pages seems unusual or suspect, you can quickly report the matter to Street Context right from the page.
Simply hover over the far right of the row that's displaying the data you'd like to have investigated and click the flag icon that appears.
