Clicking Emails in the top header bar will display every email you've sent in descending order (you can change to ascending by clicking the Published column header), along with their corresponding readership data. You can filter the results further (by Author or Email Subject) by entering appropriate keywords in the search window.
Clicking on an email on this page will take you to its corresponding Email Insights page. You can also export a CSV file of this data by clicking the Export button in the top-right corner.
When you first click into the Emails tab, the default view is set to All Content - all email you're entitled to see. You can filter the view to just your emails by selecting My Content in the middle drop-down at the top of the table. If you are a Manager, you can also select a specific team to view email readership data from that same drop-down.
