This hosting feature allows users to replace their PDF email attachments as links in their email. This is done by adding a specific tag in the body of the email depending on where you want the links to appear for your recipients.
The link clicks will be recorded as they would for any normal link within Street Context. Below are instructions on how to use this feature:
- Attach a PDF file to your email as you normally would (you can attach multiple attachments).
- Copy the following tag and paste it anywhere in the body of your email that you want the links to appear: {{ATTACHMENTS}}
- Send your email.
After you send the email, each attachment will be replaced with a link to the PDF in the copies the recipients receive.
Here's an example of an email with a tag entered just before sending (note the PDF's attached as regular attachments):
After sending, here's what that same email looks like when the contact(s) receive it:
We suggest sending some test emails to feel comfortable with the feature before sending out to your contacts. If you're not sure if this feature is turned on for your account, please reach out to support@streetcontxt.com.
