After sending a note, click into the corresponding Email Insights page to see ow your contacts are engaging with it:
- Click into your Insights dashboard (top header).
- In the Recently Sent Emails widget, click into your email (which should be listed at the top).
On the Email Insights page, there are a series of filter buttons at the top of the table you can click to isolate specific contacts. For example, click the Opened button to view only the contacts who opened your email.
If you wanted to send a follow-up to those contacts that opened your email (or for any other filtered contacts you've selected), click the checkbox in the top-left corner of the Contacts table to select all of the contacts in the filtered view.
Upon doing so, you'll see a Draft Email button appear at the top of the table.
Click the Draft Email button to send a one-time tracked email to just the contacts you've selected.
