The Instant Insights bar delivers aggregate insights that help users determine content strategy and prioritize client follow-up quickly.
Users can select a group of emails or contacts (at least two must be selected) and get answers to questions like, “Who are the top readers of these emails?” and “Who clicked on content in these emails?”. After selecting the emails/contacts, click into each question in the Instant Insights bar to find the answer.
At the bottom of the bar, you can enter your own question that isn't provided and submit to our Support Help Desk to be answered.
Once you've obtained the desired insights, you can collapse the bar by clicking the icon in the top-right corner.
